Monitoring Packages

​Residential

• $30/month paid annually includes monitoring as well as alarm.com services to automate your home's lights, locks, thermostat's and alarm system.  The package includes cellular service so no landline is required.
  

Commercial

• $35/month paid annually includes monitoring and alarm.com services that allow you to control your system through your smart phone, tablet or computer.
  

Video Services

• Cloud based storage for video clips uploaded from high definition cameras at premises. Viewable on your smartphone or computer/tablet.

• $15 per month for 1000 video clips/access to your digital recorder remotely.
• $20 per month for an additional 1000 video clips.
  
• Add an SVR (Stream video recorder) to record 24/7 High Definition video. Add $5/month. SVR not required for cloud based storage.
  

$25 one time connect fee to alarm.com applies to above listed services.
